Description
The U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia is seeking quotations for a QIAcuity one 5 Plex Device. This is a one-plate digital PCR instrument capable of detecting up to 5 or 8 fluorescent dyes, operating under software version 3.1 or higher, enabling up to 12plex analysis. The scope of services includes the device itself, application trailing, global installation, and a one-year global support plan, which includes one preventive maintenance visit and a one-year warranty on labor, travel, and parts. The contract will be a fixed-price contract. The quoted price must include all labor, materials, insurance, storage, overhead, profit, and transportation. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable as the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate. The delivery location is the WRAIR Richard Lugar Center at 99 Kakheti Highway, Tbilisi, Georgia 0190. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of services and a proper invoice submitted electronically to TbilisiFMOVouchering@state.gov.
