Description
The City of Yuma is soliciting licensed electrical contractors to provide as-needed repair, maintenance, installation, replacement, diagnostic, testing, and emergency-response services for electrical systems across City facilities. The scope includes power distribution equipment, panels, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, lighting, emergency power, generators, UPS systems, wiring, conduit, receptacles, controls, and related infrastructure. Contractors must provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, documentation, safety compliance, and site cleanup. Routine requests require on-site response within 48 hours, while emergency requests require response within two hours. Work must be performed by qualified electricians under an Arizona ROC C-11 or CR-11 license. Pricing will be submitted through labor-rate, materials-markup, and three project-scenario bid tables. The contract is time-and-materials based, with firm pricing for the first 12 months and four additional one-year renewal terms. The City may make multiple awards. Required submission items include the rate bid table, two project-scenario bid tables, materials bid table, Certification and Addendum Acknowledgement Form, specialized-training documentation, Arizona ROC C-11 or CR-11 license documentation, and the Bidder Questionnaire.
