Description
The City of Yuma is soliciting construction services for pavement rehabilitation and replacement along Avenue B from 16th Street to 1st Street. The work may include milling and resurfacing, pavement and base replacement, asphalt-rubber stress-absorbing membrane, sidewalk ramp and curb improvements, drainage and irrigation-related work, utility coordination, traffic control, dust control, stormwater pollution prevention, and restoration of affected areas. The project requires coordination with utility companies and the Yuma County Water Users' Association, including repair of an existing irrigation pipe. Bids must be submitted through the City's Procurement Portal. Required submission items include an Arizona statutory bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount, the Subcontractor & Material Providers (Q-78EZ) Questionnaire, Certification & Addendum Acknowledgement Form, Offer and Acceptance Form, and Bid Table w/Contingency (BT-29LX). The successful contractor must subsequently provide 100% performance and payment bonds and required insurance.
