Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for three Type I lead-acid storage batteries, NSN 6140-00-446-6875. The batteries must have an 18-month non-extendable shelf life and comply with applicable military packaging, marking, hazardous-material communication, safety-data-sheet, and physical-identification requirements, including MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N. Mercury may not be intentionally added except for specified functional uses. The items must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after award to Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and identifies NAICS code 335910.
