Description
The National Institutes of Health, through the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and related research programs, seeks Promega assay reagents to support Complement-ARIE mechanistic toxicology research using human three-dimensional microphysiological systems. Required products include CellTiter-Glo, LDH-Glo, Triglyceride-Glo, ROS-Glo, Lactate-Glo, P450-Glo CYP3A4, and GSH-Glo assays for measuring cell viability, liver injury, liver function, oxidative stress, antioxidant responses, and cellular bioenergetics. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with delivery of the specified supplies by September 25, 2026. The Government intends a sole-source award to Promega Corporation because it manufactures the required combination of reagents and detection technologies, although other responsible sources may submit quotations demonstrating complete compliance. Quotations must identify the offered products, manufacturers and part numbers, quantities, unit and total prices, delivery schedule, and sufficient technical information to establish compliance.
