Description
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is seeking to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) for insulation and lagging removal and installation services. These services will be performed onboard U.S. Navy vessels and other military-type vessels, primarily within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, technical support, labor, materials, equipment, and facilities to complete the work. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repair), with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees. The procurement will follow the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15, "Contracting by Negotiation."
