Description
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center is issuing Solicitation N5005426R0005 for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract to perform insulation and lagging removal, installation, and repair aboard U.S. Navy and other military vessels, including submarines. Work may be performed within a 50-mile radius of Hampton Roads. The contractor must provide management, technical support, trained and technically qualified personnel, labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and related support services for delivery orders. Repairs will be performed with ship's force personnel living onboard while minimizing disruption. The contract will use firm-fixed-price delivery orders and a base year with four one-year option periods under FAR Part 15 contracting-by-negotiation procedures.
