Description
The U.S. Department of Defense is seeking repair or modification of two circuit card assemblies identified by NSN 5998-01-509-8330 and technical data package version 003. The assemblies are associated with S9515-AL-MMA-010, 7-18, Item 1, and must be delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia. The Government states that it does not own the data or data rights needed to contract with additional sources and considers purchasing those rights or reverse engineering the part uneconomical. The proposed action is intended to be negotiated with one source under FAR 6.302-1, although responsible sources may submit capability information or proposals for consideration. The product, service, or manufacturer must meet applicable qualification requirements at the time of award under FAR 52.209-1.
