Description
The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one GC-500X laser ablation system package. The package must include 10 additional laser safety glasses, a laser cleaning cube, a fume capture chamber, a 450 CFM or 266 CFM fume extractor, one extra scan lens, five extra protective windows, and a 12-by-12-foot portable enclosure booth with one interlocked door and a laser safety viewing window. The requirement also includes shipping and operator training. The quoted solution must identify the requested supplies, part number, unit and extended pricing inclusive of packing, shipping, and applicable item identification requirements; describe the offered parts; provide lead time, delivery method and destination, and country of product origin. Quotes must be submitted in Adobe or Microsoft Office format, and the quoted parts must meet the specified delivery date and technical requirements.
