Description
The City of Portsmouth, Virginia is soliciting bids for the Portsmouth Boulevard and Emerson Street Phase 1 Drainage Improvements project. The work includes the installation of approximately 1,720 linear feet of new storm piping and structures, installation of a hydrodynamic separator, abandonment of approximately 580 linear feet of existing storm drainage with flowable fill, and relocation of approximately 260 linear feet of 8-inch water main. The project also includes the replacement of curb and gutter and installation of new sidewalk. The contract period is 180 days. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 18, 2026, and bids are due September 15, 2026.
