Description
The City of Norfolk is soliciting proposals for a modern, secure, cloud-based Human Services Case Management and Financial System to replace its existing Salesforce-based application, LNB's Kinship system. The solution must support case and household records, service plans and assessments, Children's Services Act workflows, Family Assessment and Planning Team scheduling, purchase orders and vendor invoices, accounts receivable and recoupments, expenditure and cost-code management, payment files, required state and local reporting, dashboards, mobile access, configurable workflows and approvals, document management, real-time collaboration, role-based permissions, notifications, and integrations with related state and local systems. The contractor will provide the software, configuration, implementation, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support and maintenance. The system must be secure, scalable, adaptable to changing federal, state, and local program requirements, and capable of supporting the Department of Human Services' programs for children, adults, families, and caregivers.
