Description
The project involves renovating the Logansport High School gym HVAC system. Work includes removing existing air-handling units, ductwork, piping, controls, fuel-gas piping, condensate piping, electrical components, and related systems, followed by installation of two packaged rooftop air-conditioning units, new ductwork and fabric air-distribution systems, hydronic piping, controls, electrical equipment, fire-alarm interfaces, and structural steel rooftop equipment platforms and foundations. The contractor must provide a complete, operational installation, including commissioning, testing and balancing, building-management-system integration, equipment startup, duct smoke-detector connections, fire-sprinkler modifications, painting, protection of occupied facilities, and restoration of affected finishes. The work is to be completed within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and performed around regular building use.
