Description
This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of providing semi-annual (every six months) interior and exterior window, metal panel, and screen cleaning. The work includes cleaning approximately 4,800 windows of various sizes, skylights, window ledges, entrances, patient dining areas, building exteriors, and other listed surfaces across several facility buildings. The contractor would provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, waste disposal, and permits when required, and must follow OSHA and California regulations. Interested businesses are asked to submit company and business-status information, contact details, and a capability statement describing their qualifications and ability to perform the work. The notice anticipates no subcontracting opportunity. Responses are for market research only; the Government has not committed to issuing a solicitation or awarding a contract.
