Description
Cumberland County Department of Social Services seeks pressure washing and window cleaning at its facility. The work includes cleaning all exterior windows, soft washing precast siding, and pressure washing stone siding on all exterior walls. The contractor must remove work-related trash and debris, protect the site's irrigation system, and include any needed suspended scaffolding or boom lift rental in its proposed cost. Services are to be performed during regular business hours unless otherwise approved by the County. Proposers must be licensed to provide pressure washing and window cleaning services in North Carolina and include a copy of the license. Proposals must include a management plan, technical approach and schedule, all-inclusive cost, experience and personnel qualifications, and at least three similar-project references. The initial contract term is one year from award, with up to two additional one-year renewals; the contractor must perform at least 50% of the work, and subcontracting requires County approval.
