Description
The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County is evaluating whether a noncompetitive single-source contract is appropriate for the long-term operation and maintenance of its Biosolids Processing Facility. The anticipated scope includes biosolids product marketing and related services. This Request for Information and Capabilities is not a competitive solicitation and will not result in a contract award. Prospective vendors are asked to demonstrate relevant qualifications, experience, staffing, technical expertise, and operational capability equivalent to the requirements described in the RFIC document.
