Description
The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from experienced, qualified, and responsible contractors for the complete renovation and expansion of the existing Warren Hawkins Aquatic Center, including construction of a new zero-depth entry leisure pool. The work is described in the construction drawings and construction documents and includes general construction, concrete, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, and pool equipment installation. The opportunity is an Invitation to Bid and requires a bid bond. The bid package includes revised bid items, revised construction documents and drawings, geotechnical reports, an approved-manufacturer addition, and other solicitation attachments.
