Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed pricing for a one-time purchase and delivery of 10 GE MDS Orbit Licensed remote telemetry unit radios, part number MDSECRL4CNNNNNS1D1USUNNN. Only the referenced manufacturer and product are acceptable; quotes are limited to the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. Each radio must operate from 450 to 520 MHz and include one Ethernet port, one serial port, and DIN-rail mounting. The equipment must be new, current-production, covered by the factory/manufacturer warranty, and delivered with at least two complete shop repair manuals, maintenance instructions, and parts lists for each equipment type. Pricing must include shipping, freight, surcharges, transportation, and delivery. Delivery is required within 10 weeks after receipt of the purchase order. The quote must be submitted on the provided Quote Response Form and signed by an authorized company representative; the solicitation also requires specified certifications and attachments, including the Certification of Business Location and Business Tax Receipt for local-preference eligibility, if applicable, and the required federal and County certifications.
