Palm Beach County is soliciting firm, fixed pricing for recurring grounds maintenance at various Fire Rescue locations, including sites in the Glades area. Services include mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, pest and herbicide treatment, fertilization, mulching, litter and landscape-debris removal, irrigation-related reporting, and additional landscaping tasks or emergency and hurricane/storm cleanup on an as-needed basis. The contract is structured as a 12-month initial term with four optional 12-month renewals. Work is ordered as needed and may include up to 39 scheduled landscape-maintenance visits per 12-month period, with additional services and locations handled under the solicitation's terms. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and bidders must submit the provided bid response, qualifications and references, applicable licenses and certifications, required certifications, and other solicitation attachments.
