Description
Kern County is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity Job Order Contract for general construction and facility work. The contractor will furnish all management, labor, materials, and equipment required for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction of buildings, structures, and other real property through individual job orders using established unit prices. The opportunity has an estimated bid value of $1,000,000 and a one-year duration. A $20,000 bid bond, 100% payment bond, and 100% performance bond are required. Attendance at the onsite pre-bid meeting is required.
