Description
The City of Bakersfield is seeking new Samsung tablets in the specified brand and model numbers. Substitutions, grey-market products, refurbished items, used components, and recycled components will not be accepted. Bidders must be authorized Samsung resellers or partners and should be prepared to provide an OEM letterhead authorization letter. This is an electronic line-item bid; paper submissions are not accepted. Pricing must include inside delivery and any shipping charges, with delivery to the City at 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. Quantities are approximate, and the City does not guarantee minimum or maximum purchases. The estimated bid value is $23,617, and sales tax of 8.25% will be added upon award rather than included in line-item pricing.
