Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Kern is seeking quotes for 615-user, one-year subscriptions to Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service, Barracuda E-Mail Protection Advanced, and Barracuda Extended Detection and Response (XDR). The addendum confirms that these are new subscriptions, not renewals. Barracuda is specified as the only acceptable manufacturer, with no equivalent products permitted. The selected vendor must provide pricing, applicable taxes and freight, payment terms, and delivery timing. The quote must be completed and signed using the Court's form, and vendors must submit a California seller's permit. The award will be made to the lowest responsive quote, and delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.
