Description
The City of Morgan Hill is seeking qualified consultants or consultant teams to provide on-call water and wastewater planning and engineering services. Potential work includes master planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, asset condition assessments, water quality assessments, capacity analysis, project engineering, and design. The City may expand or exclude scope items as needed during the contract. The qualifications package must use at least 12-point font throughout, including graphics, tables, charts, captions, and other visual elements, and must use 8.5-by-11-inch pages. Staff resumes are not requested. The submission must include a qualifications package, a separate billing rates and fee schedule, the Wage Theft Prevention Bid Certification, the Non-Collusion Declaration, and a signed addendum acknowledgment. The qualifications package and other listed proposal materials count toward the 20-page limit, except the Wage Theft Prevention Bid Certification, Non-Collusion Declaration, and addendum acknowledgments.
