Description
The County of Santa Cruz is soliciting proposals from fully licensed, insured, bonded, and certified contractors to provide emergency response and disaster recovery support services on an as-needed basis. Vendors may apply to one or more categories: emergency feeding; emergency transportation; access, community support, and public information; laundry and linen; and community services coordination and voluntary agency support. Services will be activated by the County through telephone, email, purchase orders, task orders, or other approved methods, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work. Contractors must provide labor, tools, equipment, incidentals, scalable operations, service documentation, activity reports, supporting records, and itemized invoices. The solicitation requires customer references, applicable licenses and permits, a respondent fact sheet, subcontractor designations, and a non-collusion declaration. The intended contract term runs through December 31, 2029, with two one-year extensions.
