MTA Metro-North Railroad is soliciting a five-year service contract for a Multistack water-cooled modular chiller serving the secondary service plant at Grand Central Terminal. The scope includes 10 semiannual service visits, 10 semiannual inspections, contingency parts for three years, 25 emergency service calls, 50 non-emergency service calls, and five annual software updates over the contract term. Only New York State Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) suppliers may participate. The awarded contractor must obtain insurance, and bidders must complete all required solicitation forms to avoid being deemed nonresponsive.
