The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting through MTA Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), is seeking an experienced project management consultant (PMC) to provide management, administration, inspection, and support services for a Design-Bid-Build project involving the rehabilitation of emergency exits at various locations. The emergency exits are located near the NYCT F Line and LIRR Line at 41st Avenue and 29th Street, 41st Avenue and 12th Street, Vernon Blvd in Queens, and 63rd Street and FDR Drive, 63rd Street and 2nd Avenue, and Roosevelt Island in Manhattan. The project is scheduled for award in 2026. The estimated budget range is $10M to $50M, with 100% capital funding. The solicitation type is RFP, and documents are available starting August 4, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested vendors must be registered with SAM and have an MTA Bidder/Supplier number. The MTA has set goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation at 6%, and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) participation at 15% each.
