Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals for a term contract for equipment services. These services will encompass furnishing, installation, modification, measurement, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various equipment on campus on an as-needed basis. The scope includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, potable water, steam, chilled water, electrical, commercial kitchen equipment, doors, lifts and material handling, rigging, environmental services equipment, steel fabrication, and mobile recreational vehicles (RVs). Roswell Park intends to award multiple contracts per category to vendors who can provide services within their current line card offering. The contract will have an initial 3-year term with three successive one-year renewal terms. Services will be requested on a project-by-project basis, with individual project costs potentially up to $249,000. The approximate yearly spend for these services is estimated between $150,000 and $250,000.
