Description
The Board of Education of the North Collins Central School District (CSD) is soliciting sealed proposals for its Capital Outlay Project 26/27, to be located at North Collins Elementary School. The project scope includes work in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Plans and specifications will be available starting June 12, 2026, and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set is required, made payable to North Collins Central School District. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., beginning at North Collins Elementary School, to discuss the project scope, tour the site, and address bidder questions. Proposals are due on July 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time, at the North Collins High School Auditorium, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. The solicitation also notes that bidders must adhere to required conditions of employment and minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates.
