Description
The Department of the Navy, specifically NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, intends to procure one Cylinder Assembly, Actuating (NSN: 1650-013753161) as a sole source procurement from MOOG MILITARY AIRCRAFT LLC (CAGE: 9P5N5). This item is for FMS repair. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is the only known source, and the government does not own the rights to the data needed to procure this item from additional sources. Interested firms may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 and is not using FAR Part 12. Electronic procedures will be used, and the RFQ/Solicitation will be posted to NECO. No telephone requests will be honored, and no hard copies will be mailed.
