Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Energy Control Procedures (ECP) implementation, including software and maintenance services. This requirement is for the Western New York VA Healthcare System, specifically the Buffalo and Batavia campuses. The contract will include one base year and four option years. The scope of work involves developing and implementing LOTO procedures, configuring them within the Brady Link 360 platform, and providing initial and annual training to VA staff. The procedures must detail equipment identification, hazardous energy types, isolation methods, verification steps, and include graphic illustrations and photos.
