Description
This opportunity is for the modernization of elevators in the BRB building at SUNY Buffalo. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, concrete unit masonry, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors, door hardware, interior painting, fire extinguishers, traction elevators, two-way communication systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems. There are specific participation goals for minority, women, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The MBE goal is 15.00%, the WBE goal is 15.00%, and the SDVOB goal is 6.00%.
