Description
This Request for Quote covers a requirements contract with firm-fixed-price task orders for dockside repairs to the 418-foot USCGC CALHOUN (WMSL-759). The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, personnel, and related support for the listed repair work items, including draw-out circuit-breaker inspection and testing; five-year relief-valve certification; helicopter Talon Grid inspection, nondestructive examination, preservation, fastener renewal, static load testing, and reinstallation; slip-resistant and polymeric deck-covering renewal and repair; stern-deck tenting; fuel, water-mist, potable-water, and other tank cleaning and inspection; partial tank preservation; potable-water and dewatering piping installations; dry-provision storeroom, HVAC, and MPAC demister modifications; weather-deck scupper installation; temporary cutter services; general welding; and fire prevention. The work includes shipboard testing, nondestructive examination, hydrostatic and boundary testing, environmental and hazardous-waste controls, preservation and coating work, technical-representative and marine-chemist support where specified, critical inspection reports, planning documentation, and coordination with Coast Guard inspectors. Quotes must include the previously identified cover letter, revised pricing schedule in Excel and PDF, graphical planning document, technical narrative of no more than 10 pages, recent relevant past-performance information, signed SF 1449, amendment acknowledgment where applicable, E-Verify proof, insurance proof, anticipated subcontractor information, applicable welding qualifications, and required representations and certifications. The anticipated performance period remains February 23, 2027, through May 14, 2027.
