Description

The United States Air Force, through the 628th Contracting Squadron, is issuing a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to support the construction program at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) and outlying areas. The contract covers a broad range of multi-disciplinary construction services including new construction, alteration/repair, and demolition of buildings, structures, roads, grounds, and utilities. Work may also include design/build from concept to full 100% design. The contract is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum value of $400,000,000 over a base period of one year plus four one-year options and a six-month extension option. Task orders will generally range from $1M to $30M. The solicitation is a competitive HUBZone and SDVOSB set-aside using trade-off procedures. Offerors must submit a seed project price proposal and past performance information. The contract includes on-ramp and off-ramp procedures to maintain a competitive pool of contractors.
