Description
The City of West Des Moines is soliciting an all-or-none purchase of 112 Dymec KY-MSG1604 industrial Ethernet switches and 112 compatible DC power supplies for its traffic network infrastructure. The switches must be the exact specified model; substitutions are not permitted. The power supplies must provide 24 VDC at a minimum of 5 amps, operate from 120-volt AC power with a NEMA 5-15P plug, include specified AC and DC cord lengths and grounding, and operate continuously from -20°C to 60°C. All equipment must be new, unused, commercially available, authentic, and eligible for applicable manufacturer warranty and support. Bidders must provide pricing for both equipment categories, a total aggregate price, proposed power-supply manufacturer and model information, technical or manufacturer data sheets, compliance documentation, availability and delivery information, warranty information, and any exceptions. Installation, programming, configuration, integration, professional services, and ongoing maintenance are excluded. The bid form must be completed and submitted electronically through the designated e-bidding portal by the stated deadline.
