Description
Central Iowa Water Works is requesting statements of qualifications from consulting engineering firms to prepare a design study for permanent improvements to the Crystal Lake Recharge Pump Station, Crystal Lake Pump Station, and Crystal Lake Intake as part of its capital improvement plan. The study will establish operating requirements and the design basis for permanent facilities, evaluate alternatives, develop preliminary concepts and cost estimates, and provide information needed to proceed into final design. Review of temporary facilities is limited to information necessary to define permanent improvements and maintain water supply during the transition.
