Description
Des Moines Public Schools is seeking qualified organizations to provide high-quality finite mathematics instructional materials and related implementation services for a high school course serving grades 9–12. Proposed resources must address specified course competencies, support mathematical reasoning and real-world applications, and include a coherent scope and sequence, unit overviews, daily lessons, assessments, answer keys, teacher guidance, accessible student materials, and supports for multilingual learners, students with disabilities, enrichment, and intervention. The scope also includes print and/or digital resources, technology-enabled tasks, sample materials and digital platform access for District review, professional learning, implementation planning, technical support, reporting, system integrations as applicable, and ongoing account support. Proposals are limited to 30 pages excluding the Proposal Response Cover Page and must address the required response tabs, including scope of work, organizational information, experience and financials, references, program capabilities, implementation and service approaches, partnership approach, compensation, and pricing. The anticipated contract term is one year, renewable for four additional one-year periods at the District's discretion.
