Fremont County School District #25 is soliciting bids for the complete removal and replacement of the existing audio system and the addition of two high-output projectors at Riverton High School's gymnasium. The gymnasium is 18,365 square feet with a 35+ foot ceiling and a spectator capacity of 3,000. The new audio system must support two primary configurations: Tournament Mode with three full-size basketball courts and bleachers retracted, and Varsity Competition Mode with a single central court and bleachers fully extended. Required audio equipment includes appropriate speakers, wireless lavalier and handheld microphones, wired microphones, multi-channel amplifiers, power conditioning, multiple audio inputs (3.5mm, USB-C, USB-A, Bluetooth), a touchscreen wall-mounted controller, and a lockable equipment rack. The video system requires two ceiling-mounted projectors with at least 8,500 lumens, solid-state laser light source, WUXGA resolution with 4K enhancement, and interchangeable lenses, mounted in security cages. The contractor is responsible for installation, including conduit and cabling (3/4 inch EMT, black fittings), equipment mounting, programming, commissioning, and on-site training for school staff. The project must be completed by September 1, 2026, with coordination required to protect new gym flooring. Bids must include both audio and video components, though they will be line-itemed separately for funding purposes.
