Description
The State of Wyoming, through the Office of State Lands and Investments—Forestry Division, is soliciting proposals for the Greys River Roadside Fuels GNA Project. The contractor will perform hand thinning and piling on 181 acres of United States Forest Service land in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, including cutting and piling conifer trees and brush, pruning lower limbs, and treating slash and existing fuels within specified roadside areas. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supplies and comply with applicable environmental and safety requirements. Attachment A provides the project map and identifies the 181-acre treatment unit. Questions must be submitted through the online bidding system by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 28, 2026. Responses must be completely uploaded by the 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time deadline on September 14, 2026; incomplete uploads will be deemed nonresponsive. Documents must be submitted in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format, and bidders must monitor the system for answers, addenda, and other solicitation information.
