Description
The Port of Portland is soliciting proposals from one or more qualified providers to furnish on-call commercial printing and related services under written task orders. The scope includes black-and-white and full-color digital printing, high-volume copying and document reproduction, brochures, flyers, reports, manuals, booklets, posters, temporary and stanchion signage, mounted presentation materials, vinyl banners, laminating, binding, folding, drilling, cutting, trimming, scanning, and other finishing services. Providers must supply all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and incidental services. Minimum requirements include at least three years of relevant experience, the ability to handle high-volume and rush production, secure receipt and destruction of confidential documents, written estimates, pickup and delivery to Port facilities within one hour of notification when work is ready, routine turnaround of one to three business days, rush service within four hours when requested, and weekend production and delivery as needed. The contract may be awarded to one or more providers for up to five years, with no guaranteed minimum work. Proposals are evaluated on shared prosperity, qualifications and experience, project approach, pricing, and sustainability.
