Description
Portland State University is soliciting electronically submitted bids for the Art Building and Art Building Annex Abatement and Demolition project. The scope includes abatement of hazardous materials identified in the hazardous materials survey and all demolition work described in the demolition permit drawings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids must be submitted through Equity Hub's Bid Locker by 2:00 p.m. on September 17, 2026.
