Description
Portland Public Schools, School District No. 1J, Multnomah County, is seeking an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement for the Grice-Adair Center Project. The District intends to use the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) alternative contracting method as permitted under its Public Contracting Rules. Interested parties may request a public hearing to comment on the draft findings supporting this exemption. The draft findings can be obtained by contacting the Director of Purchasing & Contracting.
