Description
The City of Portland is soliciting construction bids for the NE 122nd Avenue Safety and Access project between Beech Street and Wasco Street. The project is a Federal-Aid Project and requires prequalification in Class 2—Street Improvements for an amount equal to the total bid. The successful bidder must comply with applicable Oregon prevailing-wage requirements or the Davis-Bacon Act, and the project includes an on-the-job training goal of 450 hours. The estimated project value is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's procurement portal by the stated deadline; first-tier subcontractor disclosure forms are due separately after bid submission.
