Description
Fortis Construction Inc. is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the Portland State University SHAC (Student Health and Counseling) project. This is a public works construction project located in Portland, Oregon. Subcontractors will be required to comply with prevailing wage requirements, including Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate (PWR) and/or Federal Davis-Bacon Act rules, as applicable. The project involves various construction scopes as indicated by the CSI codes listed in the bid invitation request form, including but not limited to concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, roofing, mechanical, electrical, and site work. Subcontractors must adhere to Hoffman Construction Company's safety program, which includes pre-task planning, site-specific safety plans, drug and alcohol testing, and compliance with OSHA regulations. The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance certificates, submit certified payrolls, and complete a subcontractor/vendor prequalification questionnaire.
