Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting bids for quarterly and annual electrical preventive maintenance, inspections, as-needed repairs, installations, and related parts and materials at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center. The scope includes electrical panels, wiring, grounding and bonding systems, emergency and backup power, fire protection and alarm systems, lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, transformers, utility poles, high-line services, underground repairs, trenching, conduit, and weather-related recovery. The contractor must provide labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, service logs, inspection reports, detailed repair quotes, and warranty documentation. Services must comply with applicable manufacturer specifications, NFPA, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable codes and regulations, with 24-hour emergency availability and specified response times. Bidders must submit firm hourly rates and parts/materials markup through the required pricing sheet. The response must include the completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations, pricing sheet, bidder references and qualifications, and any applicable licenses; addendum acknowledgments, a Public Information Act copy, and the Texas Identification Number form are conditional. The contract is expected to begin upon award, expire August 31, 2029, and has no renewals, although HHSC may extend it for up to one year for continuity or transition purposes.
