Description
The City of Somers Point is requesting proposals for electrical contractor services from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Proposers must describe their experience and reputation, knowledge of the city and subject matter, compensation structure, and any other factors that would benefit the city. Compensation may be based on individual-job prices, list price, cost plus a markup, list price less a discount, or a combination of methods. Proposers must provide at least three references and indicate their years in business and approximate years doing business with the city. The city may make multiple awards, request presentations from selected candidates, and reject or waive deficiencies in any response. Awardees must comply with applicable mandatory equal-opportunity requirements and indemnification obligations.
