Description
Auburn University is seeking a preferred supplier for electrical products and supplies, including electrical wire and cable, conduit and fittings, circuit breakers, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures and lamps, ballasts, controls, tools, safety equipment, and related hardware. The supplier must provide pricing for the University's top purchased and stocked products, alternatives where products are unavailable, discounts by product category, and the University's fiscal-year purchase history. The selected supplier must support a fully functional punchout catalog compatible with the University's JAGGAER e-procurement system, provide catalog maintenance and potential ERP or e-procurement migration assistance, offer financial incentives, participate in supplier shows and outreach events, provide free shipping for standard orders, and maintain net pricing for at least 12 months subject to documented manufacturer price changes and 45 days' notice. The proposal must address account management, reporting, order accuracy and fulfillment, returns and refunds, sustainability, financial capacity, and other operational requirements.
