The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting a public competitive procurement for structural steel and metal framing work associated with the expansion and renovation of operating-room and day-surgery facilities, including a temporary clinical module, at Charles-Le Moyne Hospital. The work must be completed within 34 weeks, including holidays, mandatory construction vacation periods, and material or equipment procurement delays. The probable start window is October 26 through November 25, 2026. Bidders must hold the qualifications and licenses required under Quebec's Building Act, maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement jurisdiction, and perform Quebec or otherwise Canadian construction work. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. Submissions may be delivered electronically through SEAO or on paper to the specified receiving counter; the electronic method permits only a surety bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee for the bid guarantee.
