Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase and delivery of 44,942 pounds of epoxy-coated #4, #5, and #8 reinforcing steel bars for the Seth Substation salt shed. The bars must be intermediate-grade billet steel, Grade 60 or greater, comply with the applicable West Virginia Division of Highways standards, and be cut and/or bent according to the provided rebar schedule. The solicitation includes straight and bent rebar requirements and prohibits substitutions unless approved through a contract modification. The awarded vendor must deliver the materials within 30 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed, FOB destination.
