Description
The City of Vancouver, Washington, on behalf of INLINE Construction, is soliciting sealed bids for three construction subcontract bid packages for the Fire Station 8 seismic upgrade: 1-7 Structural Steel—FOB, 1-8 Structural Steel—Install, and 1-9 Rough Carpentry. Bidders must use the provided bid form and may submit through the City's Procurement Portal. A non-mandatory but highly encouraged pre-bid conference and job walk will be held at the project site. Questions must be submitted by September 1, 2026, and bids are due by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on September 15, 2026. The project includes participation goals for local, small, and diverse businesses, based on firms certified by the Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises; participation may be direct or through a sub-tier trade partner or supplier.
