Description
Des Moines Public Schools is seeking a comprehensive high school World History curriculum aligned with Iowa social studies standards and focused on inquiry, literacy, historical thinking, evidence-based writing, civic engagement, and required content. The requested solution should support approximately 2,000 students and 30 teachers and include digital curriculum materials, interactive student features, online teacher resources and guides, embedded formative and summative assessments, supplemental materials, accessibility and differentiation for multilingual learners, students with IEPs, and advanced learners. The selected provider must furnish curriculum samples or digital access for evaluation, professional learning and implementation support, ongoing technical and account assistance, and pricing for the requested services. Proposals are limited to 30 pages, excluding the Proposal Response Cover Page, and must address the specified scope, organizational information, experience, references, strategic and service approaches, and compensation. The anticipated contract term is one year, with four additional one-year renewal periods at the District's discretion.
