Description
The City of Hoboken is seeking a contractor for improvements to Tom Olivieri Park. The project includes renovation of the existing 0-5 playground and spray structure, a redesigned playground, site furniture, paving, landscaping, lighting, and a prefabricated restroom facility. The work must be completed within 180 days after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must use the prescribed forms and submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Consent of Surety, and bid security. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the accepted bid amount and comply with applicable insurance, prevailing-wage, equal-employment-opportunity, and New Jersey business-registration requirements.
