Description
The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide construction advisory and project support services for various redevelopment projects. The scope includes reviewing project documentation, budgets, schedules, environmental restrictions, development plans, redeveloper pro formas, and construction budgets; assessing project viability and code compliance; coordinating with utilities, governmental agencies, and stakeholders; assisting with requests for proposals and bids; providing project updates; attending agency and city meetings; and providing expert testimony when required. The selected respondent must provide hourly rates, key personnel resumes, a project management plan and staffing chart, relevant experience and references, assumptions and governmental responsibilities, and other requested organizational and compliance information. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions, for a maximum term of five years. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and automobile liability coverage at the stated limits.
